For some background, my life is great – I have a loving husband, a great relationship with my healthy parents, a new home which we love, plenty of supportive friends, and a stable job where I feel valued. Then why did I still feel like something was missing? Cara pinpointed my feelings right away. I love her matter-of-fact insights and advice that seems to come from an all-knowing place. I didn’t even have to say much (and expressing myself is usually the hardest part for me) — she tuned into what I was feeling and that was more than enough to convince me that she was the right person to go to. I’ve gone to several therapists over the last decade, but they have nothing on Cara’s intuition. My friend told me about Cara, and I am so glad he did. Warm, funny, understanding, helpful, quick to respond, profound, and will likely make you feel better no matter what you are going through! I just had another great reading with her (a few years after my first session). I can confirm that my MRI showed issues in the exact location she mentioned, which was an area that I wasn’t even thinking about at all. So I did not, in any way, lead her to come to this conclusion. She also uttered one of the words in the name of my somewhat rare condition that I didn’t even know I had at the time. I also very much appreciate that she didn’t just leave me to my own devices, with a “Well, good luck with that!” but gave me energy exercises homework and other tips for healing.

I have been a Tai Chi instructor for almost 40 years and have had a long time interest in health. I love my Tai Chi, yoga, and long walks. Several months ago I developed a problem in my right hip and was unable to walk and continue my daily exercise. I cannot tell you how devastating this has been for me. I had to cancel my classes, stop walking, etc. Cara immediately began assisting me with my healing. She has kept me informed and right on track as far as my own participation in the process. The true blessing is that IT IS WORKING!! Yesterday I walked about a mile. I stopped along the way to do some Tai Chi. These are things that I have not been able to do for months. It literally brings tears to my eyes to be able to do those activities that nurture me. I want to express that I do not take healing lightly and I do not trust very many people with my Spirit. I have totally trusted Cara to assist me in getting well. I hope to work with her the rest of my life.

Going into my session I was broken down, lost, beyond stressed, anxious, and my depression was at an all time high, but I was hopeful. As I laid there for my energy healing session I began to do the simple task of focusing on my breathe as I let Cara do her awesome healing work. Towards the end Cara explained what was going on in my body that transcended into my current life experiences. I felt so heavy trying to come back, I felt like someone was literally holding me down but Cara explained that I had a lot of stress and as a result my body was releasing any tension and/or stress. She then began to explain my homework for the next 3 weeks and explained that I will sleep like a baby that night and after the session I will be a new person, well not a new person but the person I was meant to be, the person I was always. Fast forward some weeks later as I look at my life now and is beyond shocked and grateful. I got a promotion with my current employer in my dream job that I love so much. The most important part is the inner peace I have within myself. I think Cara’s gift is amazing and is the best gift I ever received in my life.
